1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EthioFlair, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use EthioFlair. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using EthioFlair you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Subscription and billing
EthioFlair is a subscription service billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
4. Free trial
New subscribers are eligible for one free 3-day trial. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Permitted use
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account credentials with anyone outside your household. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any content on EthioFlair without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property
All content on EthioFlair — including films, series, images, and text — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. EthioFlair and its licensors retain all rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
7. Content availability
The content library may change over time. EthioFlair does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific title. We may add, remove, or modify content at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
EthioFlair is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthioFlair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time from Account settings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of EthioFlair after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
