Getting started

  • Sign up at ethioflair.com and start your free 3-day trial.
  • Create up to 5 profiles for different members of your household.
  • Browse movies and series on the Home or Browse pages.

Account & billing

  • Manage your subscription from Account → Billing.
  • Update your payment method at any time — changes take effect on the next billing date.
  • Cancel anytime from Account settings with no fees.

Playback issues

  • If a video won't load, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
  • Slow playback is usually caused by a slow internet connection. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming.
  • If issues persist, contact us via the Contact Us page and include the title of the content.

Profiles & passwords

  • You can add, edit, or delete profiles from the Profiles page after signing in.
  • To reset your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page.
